Welcome to S&J Maker Co. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Terms

S&J Maker Co. provides handmade, 3D-printed, CNC-cut metal, personalized, and made-to-order products.

By using our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary.

2. Products

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, and photographs.

Because many of our products are handmade or manufactured in small batches, slight differences may occur between the product shown online and the product you receive.

3D-printed products may contain normal characteristics such as:

  • Visible layer lines

  • Small seams

  • Minor surface imperfections

  • Slight color or texture variations

CNC-cut or fabricated metal products may contain normal characteristics such as:

  • Minor grinding or finishing marks

  • Slight discoloration or surface variation

  • Small differences associated with raw, brushed, polished, or unfinished metal

These normal manufacturing characteristics are not considered defects.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, wording, colors, dimensions, designs, and customization details before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for errors in customization information supplied or approved by the customer.

Custom and personalized products may not be returned or exchanged except when we made an error or the item arrives damaged or defective.

For certain custom projects, we may provide a design proof for approval before production begins. Once a customer approves the design, changes may result in additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed unless separate payment terms have been agreed to in writing.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges shown at checkout.

5. Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order due to reasons including:

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Material availability

  • Production limitations

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Inability to complete a custom request

  • Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

6. Production Times

Production times listed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Custom products, large CNC projects, high-volume orders, equipment issues, material shortages, shipping delays, or unusually high demand may affect production time.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the estimated timeframe.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

If a shipment arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom and made-to-order products generally become final sale once production begins.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

9. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using our products appropriately and for their intended purpose.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our decorative products are not:

  • Toys

  • Food-safe products

  • Medical devices

  • Safety equipment

  • Load-bearing structural components

Small 3D-printed pieces may present a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children and pets.

3D-printed products may deform, weaken, or become damaged when exposed to excessive heat, sunlight, moisture, chemicals, or improper use.

Metal products may contain sharp edges or become hot depending on their environment. Customers are responsible for proper installation and handling.

10. Installation

Unless installation services are specifically included in an order, S&J Maker Co. is not responsible for installation.

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate mounting hardware and ensuring that walls, structures, or surfaces can safely support the product.

For large or heavy metal products, professional installation may be recommended.

11. Intellectual Property

All original photographs, product designs, graphics, branding, website content, logos, and other materials created by S&J Maker Co. remain our property unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, copy, or commercially use our original content or designs without written permission.

Customers who submit artwork, logos, names, photographs, or other materials for a custom order represent that they have the right or permission to use those materials.

S&J Maker Co. is not responsible for intellectual property claims resulting from customer-supplied materials.

12. Third-Party Brands and Fan-Inspired Products

Any third-party trademarks, characters, logos, or brands referenced on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, S&J Maker Co. is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with those third parties.

13. Website Accuracy

We attempt to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, occasional errors may occur regarding pricing, dimensions, descriptions, inventory, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

14. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services to:

  • Commit fraud or unlawful activity

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website

  • Submit malicious code or harmful content

  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights

  • Misrepresent your identity or payment information

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or a purchase from S&J Maker Co. will be handled according to applicable state and federal law.
